next very brief, but necessary form and some very important information.
Use this promo as a Rebate. You don't
have wait until your card arrives
to pay for your MST Membership. Now is the time to take a close
look at the different Membership Packages and take note of the
advantages and deep savings of our Pre-Launch Promotional Pricing for

below to order your NetSpend Card. Using any other link will
result in not being able to take advantage of this Rebate Offer.
Immediately
after ordering your card, please notify us that your card
has been ordered by clicking the link below and checking "Yes" on the
form and clicking "Submit".
This
will trigger your
"Final Step" email, which will be received by you on the 4th day after
you place your order and submit the form below.
If
you don't already have
an AlertPay account please set one up right away. You will need
to attach your NetSpend Card to your AlertPay account as
soon as it
arrives.
You will be sending the funds to yougiveyouget@gmail.com via AlertPay.
When you submit the next form (see
link below) it will take you to the AlertPay website, so
you can sign up for your free account, if you
don't already have an AlertPay account.
Again,
on the 4th day from
the time you order your card and submit the next form (with link
below), you will receive your "Final Step" email from us with
instructions on what to do once you receive your NetSpend Card.
