GOLD & SILVER COIN PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Bullion Capital Club offers TEN  DENOMINATIONS of Purchase Agreements as shown in the chart below. Please draw a circle around the PA amount you are purchasing as well as the Amount of Deposit Required.

You earn commissions when three people that YOU refer also place deposits on the same level of purchase agreements.  Gold and Silver Bonuses are calculated by adding the amount of YOUR deposit to the commissions you earn when your THREE referred members also place their deposits.  Bonuses may be paid with gold and / or silver or both.

The undersigned (Purchaser) and Bullion Capital Club agree to abide by the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in this Purchase Agreement (PA).
1.   Purchaser enters into this agreement with the intent of purchasing  Gold and Silver Coins from the Company.  
Bullion Capital Club offers U.S. Minted American Eagle Gold and Silver Bullion coins,  African Krugerrands, Canadian
Maple Leafs, American Buffalos, Vienna Philharmonics, gold and silver rounds and bars according to availability. 
2.   Purchaser understands that they are purchasing coins by placing a 1/2 down payment deposit on the agreement,
and paying the remaining 1/2 of the balance due with the commissions they earn for referring THREE other Members
who also purchase in the same denomination agreement level.   Once commissions are earned for referring THREE,
they are added to your deposit  amount and applied to the balance due on YOUR own Purchase Agreement.  Bullion
Capital Club then orders your coins from our broker / dealer.   The coin dealer then  ships your gold and silver coins to
you within 14 days by insured return receipt mail or Fed Ex insured.
3.   The chart above with the heading Commissions for Referring ( 3 )  Shows the amount of commissions Members
EARN for referring THREE (3) Purchasing Members to the various levels of Purchase Agreements.  All agreements
require a deposit of 1/2 (one half) down payment.  Club Members complete their agreements ONLY by earning referral
commissions and applying said commissions to their own balances due.  (Please Refer to Club Membership
Application for rules and regulations concerning Purchase Agreements).
4.   There are TEN  DENOMINATIONS of Purchase Agreements as shown in the above chart.  Purchaser may choose 
to purchase at any of the TEN (10 PA levels) they wish to purchase.   If more than one Agreement  or denomination is
chosen, just include that information on this  Purchase Agreement paperwork by drawing a circle around which level of
purchase agreements you are  requesting and send the appropriate deposit amount payable to Bullion Capital Club at
the company address at the bottom of this page.
5.   Purchaser agrees that shipping, handling and insurance charges  will be deducted from Members bonus payment
before shipment is made.
6.    The value of Gold and Silver Bullion Coins to be shipped will be determined at the time of shipment  by the broker /
dealer according to the current closing spot price  on that day.  Spot prices can change on a daily basis.  The Company
has no control over spot prices and assumes no responsibility for changes that occur in the market. 
7.   Purchaser acknowledges and states that Purchaser understands the Company’s Gold and Silver coin Referral Bonus
Plan, as explained on the Membership Application and the Bonus Plan page of the web site and  hereby enters into this
agreement because Purchaser wishes to  earn commissions for referring other purchasing Members and to apply said
commissions to the balance due on this agreement.  Commissions are only earned by Club Members individual efforts. 
No bonuses are paid to others for any other Members referral efforts.  Please refer to the Membership Application for
details.
8.   This agreement will become binding only after acceptance thereof by the Company.
9.   Purchaser may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of
acceptance of this agreement by the Company.  Said cancellation notice must be in writing and delivered to the
company either by e-mail or Postal mail.
10. This agreement is not assignable by Purchaser without written consent of the Company.
